How does OFY get you to high school graduation?

As a Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) school, when you sign up with OFY, you’ll be asked to choose which career pathway fits your interests and future goals the best from the following list (don’t worry, you can change at any time!) to help guide the kind of custom resources and training you’ll receive:
-
- Creative
- Health
- Nature
- Building & Fixing
- Helping
- Business
Every OFY student is provided access to workforce preparation programming, including Career Technical Education (CTE) classes, job fairs and networking events, soft skill workshops (ie. resume building and interviewing strategies), and internship opportunities. Many students will be connected with additional partner resources based on socioeconomic need.
